Hello Hanna will ship orders within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped. Orders shipped within California are subject to 9.25% sales tax.
We do not sell any of the information we receive on order forms. We ask for details like a daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order.
If you would like to backorder a sold out item, please email sales@hellohanna.com. We will let you know when we will be expecting more inventory.
Hello Hanna accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased via its website within 21 days of receipt of shipment. No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition. Hello Hanna will refund the entire amount of the item and any taxes, but shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Ship all returns pre-paid and insured. Hello Hanna will send you a refund check or credit your credit card within one week. |

To request a return or exchange, please send us an email at returns@hellohanna.com with your order number and the item that you would like to return. You will then receive a return confirmation letter within three business days that you should include in the box with the return.
Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have
been purchased through our website. Hello Hanna will not take
returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at
sample sales. A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied
the web order should be included with returns or exchanges. If this is not possible, we must have the full name of the purchaser to
confirm that the transaction occurred over the website. There are
no exceptions to this policy.
Hello Hanna does not cover the return shipping for exchanged items. Please enclose a check for $8 or a credit card number with your exchange. |
