We’re here! In 3 short weeks we’ll be packing our bags and heading to NYC to debut our new products at the National Stationery Show – yippee. Until then, we’re taking a bit of a blog break to make sure we get everything done in time. It’s been a busy month of preparations, working with new clients, styling photo shoots, designing and building our upcoming booth, and designing a new website due to launch in July!

Last week we styled a beautiful shoot with our friends, Katrine & SAW, can’t wait to share the images with you. This photo is of Jina & I, having a little fun at the end of a long day.

Sometimes I come across a product and wish I had developed it, and this Muji meets Lego product is one of them. I grew up with 2 brothers in a family of engineers, so no need to say that Legos was a significant part of our play growing up. Truthfully, I don’t think we ever ran low of ideas building castles, cities, mountains, or whatever our hearts could dream of – but adding paper to our Legos never came across our minds. I love how it opens the door to EVEN MORE creativity. I also think it adds a feminine touch to Legos which I think is nice as well. There are 6 packs to choose from.

Easter has always been a special day in our home, and this year is shaping up to be nothing but. Truthfully, with 3 young children and 2 working parents, I’ve found it’s best to keep decorations and projects to a minimum – less is more. A few achievable projects to share with kids creates memories, without the meltdowns (yes, I’m referring to my own meltdowns). Thanks to Pinterest it’s been a breeze to collect ideas this year. Try these RIT dyed eggs, leaf prints eggs, dip dyed wood eggs, or brownies in an eggshell.

We couldn’t be happier for this beautiful couple. Henry is Jina’s bother, and today the entire family is headed off to Kauai for a destination wedding. Check out these fantastic engagement photos by Michael Simon seen on Style Me Pretty today.

We’re getting into the springtime spirit, are you? This weekend we’re giving away a triptic of our butterfly extras (one of each color). I don’t know about you, but Spring Break is around the corner & I’m already thinking about what I’m going to do with my kids. My kids love long lazy days around the house (gee, I wonder who they got that from?), so a good craft project can keep them busy for most of the day. I love this one over at Kinderpendent.

Love this ‘paper meets porcelain’ spread in this months Wedding Inspirations. Really showcases what you can do with a few simple objects and an edited palette of colors. It’s nice to see our placemats on the kids table too.
